SHIPPING TIMES
Standard Orders: Standard orders ship within 2 business days. Within the United States, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for transit time. For U.S. Territories, please allow 6-10 days for transit time. For APO/FPO/DPO addresses, transit times will vary from 10-15 days, depending on the destination. Orders to Canada ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Express Orders: Express Shipping options are only available within the United States. 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air orders ship the same business day if placed by 12:00 Noon PM ET, otherwise, these orders will ship the following business day. Please allow an additional 2 business days transit time for 2nd Day Air, and 1 additional business day transit time for Next Day Air.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & WARRANTY INFORMATION
Returns: If you have an item that you wish to return, please write to us on our Contact Us page or call 1 (800) 721-1149 within 30 days of receipt to receive a returned merchandise authorization (RMA) number. You MUST contact us prior to returning your products. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER. We do not issue credit for items returned without an RMA number. We do not cover the costs of return shipping charges unless due to company error. In order to receive full credit, all returns must be unopened in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. For orders placed between Thanksgiving Day and December 25th, we accept returns through January 31st of the following year.
Free Gift With Purchase Returns: BotanicalTea reserves the right to deduct the retail value of any “free gift” or “free gift with purchase” item(s) from refund amounts on applicable orders, or request the return of those items at our discretion.
Tea Exchanges: BotanicalTea will gladly exchange any unopened product for a product of comparable value within 30 days of receipt. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless due to company error. You must email us at info@teaforte.com or call 1 (800) 721-1149 for an RMA number. No exchange will be given for items returned without an RMA number.
Accessory Warranty: All BotanicalTea accessories carry a limited one-year warranty on manufacturer defects. Proof of purchase must be provided to show that the purchase is within the timeframe to receive a replacement. Please retain purchase receipts for your records. For third-party products not produced by BotanicalTea, please see specific manufacturer warranty (usually located on the product box) for specific terms and conditions.
